You'll work with personal trainers, take nutrition classes with a registered dietitian, enjoy some "healthy mystery meat" a weekly fitness grab bag to keep you guessing and excited about staying fit. Be it yoga, tai chi, core and body sculpting, resistance training, you name it, whatever it is it will get you moving and be more fun than lifting weights while some gymbot trainer talks on his cell phone.

I have been looking for fun ways to stay healthy after the camp. The camp has made me excited for a fit lifestyle and that is something I know will continue far after we are done."

"The camp has helped my energy level, my nutrition education, my commitment, my motivation and the fun factor of my workouts! I know this camp was successful because I look in the mirror and smile. I feel good with my body and my changes. I am comfortable again in my jeans too!"
