They are proud of their results and so are we. The proof is in the pudding: STRENGTH Core Of the remaining 30% that were 'average', half doubled their core fitness score from pre-camp. Lower body The average resting heart rate pre-camp was 77 beats per minute; post-camp was 68. Resting heart rate is generally lower in physically fit people.
